Service Description

My newborn sessions are designed to be an all inclusive experience. From my artistic approach to my organically stylized set ups, these sessions are guaranteed to perfectly portray this very special and fleeting moment in your life. They include our time together, hand picked props, and custom colors for your newborn. Family and sibling photos are encouraged, if you choose to add those the fee is $600. Also included are 30+ digital files and a print release for your images. All newborn sessions take place WEEKDAY mornings, at 10:00AM.

Cancellation Policy

M O D E L R E L E A S E By booking this service, I (Client) am agreeing to allow Eyris Photography to share images from my session on social media and for marketing purposes without compensation. C O N T R A C T Session fees are non-refundable and are due at booking. If the retainer is not submitted within 48 hours, this contract will be null/void and the session will be cancelled. Images will be delivered within 3 weeks after the date of the session. Images are delivered via instant digital download. A disc or USB are not included. The content of the gallery is in discretion of Eyris Photography. Eyris Photography will select the best images and edit them to their discretion. Any further editing or culling will be subjected to a $150/hour fee. Should anyone within your family/party become ill before your session, please let Eyris Photography know. Sickness and photography sessions do not mix. Should a client attend a session and is visibly ill, it is within Eyris Photography's right to reschedule the session right then and there. Please stay home if anyone is ill. Eyris Photography will retain the full copyright on all images (including digital files) and reserves the right to display, publish/etc. for any reason. Client is prohibited from further editing of images. Client is also prohibited from using photos in contests without written consent from Eyris Photography. Client may not, for any reason sell their images to any third party. If Client does not give at least a 24 hour notice and does not attend their session, they are agreeing to waive their session fee therefore making a reschedule of any kind not possible. If Client is late, please contact Eyris Photography. If Client is late by more than 30 minutes, Eyris Photography will leave and consider the session cancelled and that Client is agreeing to waive their retainer fee.
